HMS Choir Parents Association
Thank you to our new and returning Choir Parents Association members! Officers for the 2011–2012 school year are listed in the right column.
The Choir Parents Association meets on the first Tuesday of each month. ALL choir parents are welcome to join us at our monthly meetings. Meeting dates will be announced on the calendar. We hope to see you there!
Volunteers Are Needed!
Please join the HMS Choral Parents Association and help make the choir program a success. Adult volunteers are needed to:

Bring soda/desserts/cookies to concerts

Call parents to organize ushers

Serve as an usher. Either sitting in the back near the door to make sure people don’t enter or exit during a piece of music or helping move the choir groups around.

Type or design flyers, programs, etc.

Create a choir parent e-mail list for Mr. Case at school

Help with setups, program needs, or general projects during the school day

Help with fundraiser distribution/tallying
-
Serve on District Choir Committee

Write choir department updates/articles for school and other publications

Chaperone for either of the festivals or another event where chaperones are needed

Serve as a board member for the HMS Choral Parent Association
