This event was so much fun! The kids were well-behaved and represented our school perfectly. They sang beautifully, and totally amazed the crowd at Parsons Brinkerhoff. I heard comments like, "Their pizzas are here and they just want to sing. They actually love doing this!" And, "This is a middle school choir? Wow!" The favorite, by far, was "The Grinch." The Winter Concert, held Dec. 18, 2008, featured songs by the Select Choirs, Women's Chorale, and Select Men's Choir, and the Herndon High School Madrigals. The men were joined by HHS Choir's "For Men Only" ensemble for "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch." The finale was performed by the combined choirs. The Choir Parents Association – our Fearless Leaders! – helped organize the event and were on hand to share information and answer questions.

Herndon High School Pyramid Concert, November 25, 2008
Our 4th Annual Pyramid Concert! Choirs from Clearview, Hutchison, and Dranesville elementary schools, Herndon Middle School, and Herndon High School performed. The program finale was performed by all choirs together — more than 500 students!
